Comfort Suites Milledgeville

Staff was kind and accommodating. That’s about where the good stopped. We had to change rooms twice due to cleanliness and temperature control. The exercise room had no AC, no water, and no bin for dirty towels. All the carpets needed vacuuming, and the lobby/breakfast area was humid and warm. Would not stay there again.

Rm 219 as of 12/12/2025 Not well maintained. Empty body wash in the shower. Base board molding pulling away. A whole drawer missing from the dresser under the TV. Room appeared to be not to long ago updated but the old yellowed showers were left making the renovation feel cheap and not complete. Door to the room wasn’t sitting on the hinges properly. Could see light and and fully into the hall in the top left corner and bottom right corner(I didn’t realize this till I was leaving the next morning… if I had, I would’ve asked for another room as this is a privacy and security risk). Website states indoor heated pool… the pool is indoors, but, according to front desk staff, not heated. Bed was clean and comfortable. Room was overall clean. A/C/Heat worked well.

SLEEP IN YOUR CAR BEFORE YOU STAY HERE, WE HAD TO EVACUATE BECAUSE OF A ROACH INFESTATION. Horrible experience and terrible customer service. Roaches were in our bed, towels, and coming out of the alarm clock as soon as the lights went out. We left immediately with our children. Told the front desk and they said a manager would reach out to refund. He never did. I called weekly and he wouldn't return my calls. I finally got the manager, Pierre, and he asked for photos and I sent them with geotags. He still wouldn't refund and said it didn't violate his hotel policy. I have now contacted corporate and also reporting to the public health department. We still have not been refunded for a stay we didn't finish and roaches on our things.

For this price it was nice! The lobby was clean, the desk attendant was very accommodating, and the breakfast was as good as expected. I stayed as part of a school trip, all 9 rooms had a couch & living room area. You can tell they get a lot of visitors as the rooms have a little wear and tear, however they were clean and comfortable!

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay! Staff was amazing and beyond helpful!! Room was clean and bed comfy! Definitely recommend that if you need a place to stay to come here and you will not regret it!!!
