Wayfarer Motel

Only thing nice about this hotel is that it is right across from the beach. We purchased a 2 night stay but all of our stuff was removed from the room on day one and the owner closed the office so we could not complain or dispute. The rooms have roaches and everything inside is falling apart (lights, doors, cabinets). Don’t waste your money on this place

Total dump. Multiple health, fire and electrical violations. Roaches and filth. They charged a $39 cleaning fee at check-in but we ended up cleaning our own room before being able to stay. A couple we met first night ended up staying in their vehicle.

Amazing location! Terrible rooms. Tried to make me pay 100+ for a room that came with no pillows or towels, tons of roach eggs in the sink and a microwave that looked burnt and had no plate. The whole place reeks of cigarettes and there’s barely any staff on site all day. There are plenty of other hotels around the way that are for a similar price and wayyy better. If you do go, insist that they put you in the rooms across the street, Anchor Hotel.

Just across the street from the ocean we have a great view in a comfortable room. The staff here is not only friendly but very helpful. They have made our stay here pleasant. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The pricing is very good 👍 I was surprised at the savings here!
