Waterway Inn

We had a wonderful experience with this hotel, especially thanks to how accommodating the management was. We needed to make some date adjustments to our stay, and the management team handled everything with kindness, flexibility, and clear communication. They truly went above and beyond to help us during what could have been a stressful situation. It made a huge difference and showed how much they genuinely care about their guests. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service.

Our stay was great! Very unexpected when looking at the outside, you would think this is another roadside motel. The inside of the rooms have been completely redone and everything is new. Flooring, bedding, bathroom - all very clean and comfy! Even the little dog bed in the room was cute! Our room was pretty large. The inn is right next to the bike trail, which was great. We biked into town to the coffee shop and brewery and then continued on the North Central State Trail. Definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Great place! Not a chain but clean comfortable rooms. Reasonably priced. All the amenities of a chain. Good wifi, good televisions. Fire place in the room. Comfortable beds. Easy access off the highway. Gas station and restaraunt in easy walking distance.

While on an impromptu road trip we were looking for a place to stay. It seemed like a majority of the hotels had negative reviews due to the cleanliness. This place had good reviews so we called and got a very cost effective room. The lady who answered was very friendly and got everything set up over the phone. We were pleasantly surprised when we walked into the room. It was VERY clean and cozy. We had a great night's sleep! I highly recommend this little hotel.

We came in to town with no reservations & this was the first place we saw & so we tried here first. Very glad we did. Everything about staying here was perfect. The location, the ease of check in/out, the room size, the cleanliness, the freshness, everything was kept updated in the room, the gas/convenience store next door, etc. But most of all, the staff was friendly & welcoming & great to talk to. We had the pleasure of talking with Chris & I believe her name was Nicole (so sorry if it's not. I had met so many people on this trip, but she has a broken foot, if that clarifies). Also, although we didn't get to use the firepit, it looked like a great place to sit around & relax! Thanks Waterway for a great stay!
