Waterhouse Lake LBJ Residence III

We had an outstanding time here at their lake house! The property was beautiful inside and out. They really took care of us. There was really no reason to leave the house. Everything anyone could need was there. We are definitely coming back. And Brad was an absolute pleasure to work with and we look forward to making this a tradition 😊

We visited during our spring break week (late March) with 7 other families in Residences I and II. Overall, these homes provided for a peaceful, relaxing and comfortable stay with activities that appealed to all ages. The homes are immaculate and spacious, allowing space for those who wanted it, and common areas for visiting. The outdoor amenities are also very well thought out with covered patio, bbq, hot tub and pool, boat dock, elevated sitting platform and slide into the lake, as well as paddle boards. The area of the lake where these properties sit, proved to be quiet and wind-protected. We rented a ski boat and never had to venture too far away from the house to find good water for skiing and wake surfing. Overall, it was a wonderful experience capped off by a very accommodating ow
