Granite Rock RV Park

We just moved into a spot 3 days ago but this is the most amazing RV place I have ever been too very nice clean and the people are friendly

we stayed here whilst on a road trip and can honestly say we were sad to leave. The owners Mike and Lisa were just lovely people and felt like friends rather than park owners. we were made to feel so welcome and it is great place to relax. not your conventional park with lots of units, it had been set up with care and a love of surroundings. the tiny house we stayed in was also just perfect, maintained To a very high standard.

This place is terrible. You can’t you the inside area and even if you could the outside alone is disgusting. Full of spider webs looks like it’s not in use. The bigger issue was that I signed up for a spot with 30amp. When I got there the spot that I was in did not accommodate that. I called over and over and no response from anybody so I went and had to spend $50 on an adapter. Which In 10years of camping I’ve never needed an adapter because I always check on the website beforehand. Now I’m stuck with something I won’t use, practically cost me the same as one night at the spot. The owner finally responded several hours later via TEXT saying he had a headache and I could move to another spot that accommodates 30amp. After I had bought the adapter and fully set up I said no. Stayed at this RV park i a fifth wheel for aprox. 3 weeks. Only 8 sites and you should really book in advance. For us, this was a very central location to get to Austin, Fredricksburg and all the state parks in hill country. Allison was very helpful and made sure we didn't miss any of the local attractions . I believe that the previous owners lived on site in the house in front of the RV park. The current owners allow residents to use the house and all of its facilities . One large bathroom, one very large living room, complete kitchen area and dining area. With only eight sites there is always room to relax. 2 washers and 2 dryers always available. I highly recommend this park and look forward to staying here again if we're ever in the area.

Stayed the whole month. Only 8 spaces. Clubhouse provides 2 washers and 2 dryers, full kitchen, nice bath with shower and couches and chairs + tv and DVD. Very quiet and dark. Were able to star gaze sitting right outside my door. Road to public boat ramp busy during day. Senior Center next to park. Location is great. Very short distance to Llano, Burnet, Marble Falls, Lampasas, Longhorn Caverns. Lots of water....Lake LBJ, Llano and Colorado River......Don't miss going to the Slab on the Llano, especially if you like rocks. I WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK.
