I’d love to have a raving review of this place but I don’t. This hotel advertises to have a pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room. It has two of the four. The pool and hot tub were awesome, that I can rave about. The space to hang out in was beautiful. The sauna never worked. And the steam room worked for a few minutes one day then got so hot my husband and I thought our skin would burn off (literally, not figuratively). The next day it didn’t work at all. Other hotel guests who we talked with said that neither had worked the previous days either. The location is decent. Not a long walk into town. But not as convenient as some other places. The room was ok. Not a comfortable bed, but it was spacious. Something to note is that there are two floors and no elevator, if you have a lot to carry t
An older facility, well-maintained, clean, and quiet. Great location just off freeway and close to historic downtown . Firm bed, clean linens, and good pressure in the shower. My only complaint was that the restaurant on site, advertised as a nice breakfast spot, is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, which we didn’t see on the website.
What a gem! This is an older Hotel but very well maintained. Greeted by a sparkling front desk rep, a warm cozy fireplace, and a clean spacious lobby! The single queen room was large with a sofa, desk, fridge and coffee maker. The bathroom was huge and the shower was hot and powerful. One of the best showers I have had in a hotel in a long time. The room was clean except I felt the bathroom floor could use a good scrubbing. Nice clean pool area! Warm pool, dry sauna, steam sauna, and hot tub. They have an on-site restaurant, which we did not try. The outside property is well maintained, easy on and off highway access. Staff was wonderful and very accommodating to our schedule. Highly recommend this Hotel!
Positive: "" Negative: Hotel is rated 3 stars - expected more for that rating & price. Both queen beds were very uncomfortable - cheap mattresses & sheets - with a “sink” hole in the middle - beds are overdue for replacement. Furniture & tv old. Room was clean & nice size
We paid $135 for a room with one queen size bed in it. We were disappointed that the room didn’t have a microwave. It did have a coffee machine but only had 2 one cup coffee packets, 3 sugars, 3 sweeteners, and 2 creamers. We had asked when we check in for extra towels, she said she’d bring them to us, but we never received them. The next morning we called the front desk from the room phone twice , we also called from our cell phones 2 more times but No one answered any of the times we called. We walked down to the front desk on three different occasions we could not find anyone that worked there. So obviously, we did not get towels that we asked for The night of check in. We also did not get towels the next day. We also needed toilet paper and coffee products But we did not get customer S
