Wagon Wheel RV and Cabin

My wife and I took our son to visit Yellowstone and this was the perfect spot to stay! Affordable prices, clean rooms, a nice hot breakfast, and close proximity to downtown West Yellowstone and the park were what sold us and encouraged this review. The staff were very friendly and attentive as well! As a bonus, we accidentally left our camera in the room prior to driving back to Colorado. The hotel not only assisted with mailing the camera back, but did so immediately and using certified mail to ensure we didn't lose it. Since it had all of our family photos, it was very personal to us and we were so thankful to have it back. I would recommend staying here if you find yourself in the area or visiting the park!

Positive: Not much! Negative: Yes! The bedroom floor was dirty like it was unswept, the air conditioner did not work properly, the front desk could hardly speak or understand English, the breakfast was subpar at best, gravel instead of asphalt to the front door.

The rooms are large and very clean. Daily housekeeping was terrific. Bed was very comfortable. And the room had a small refrigerator and microwave. Jay was super wonderful with the best customer service!! I definitely recommend staying there when in West Yellowstone.

Great experience here! My mother and I had an easy check in and the lady helping us was very polite and friendly. The room was great, a more modern TV, which have been a rarity amongst the hotels we’ve stayed at during our trip, comfortable beds, clean bathroom, and best of all, it was quiet and you don’t hear your neighbors. This was a breath of fresh air after the nightmarish experience we had at the hotel before this one. Definitely recommend!

We stayed a couple of nights at the Wagon Wheel. Rooms were spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and basic furnishings. Decor seems a bit mismatched, but it works well enough. There were just enough electrical outlets in the room, but we did have to unplug a lamp and the coffee maker to have enough outlets to charge our cameras, phones, etc. The rooms provided all the basic amenities and included name-brand shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The tissues, toilet paper and hand soaps were all generic and generally lower-end. The bath towels were super thick and very luxurious. Breakfast was basic with breakfast potatoes, scrambled eggs, and several types of breads options. The same items were offered each day, no variety. Breakfast is not as good as some of the chain hotels,
