Waggin' Tail Ranch RV Resort

We lived at Waggin Tails for 2 and a half years. Honestly, we would have stayed longer. Chris and Krysten are great managers and will help you with any questions or needs you may have. If they can’t help with something they will recommend someone who can. The pool was great to have in the summer and the dog spa was perfect to have as well. The fence sites were amazing to have if you have dogs! The park is quiet and as long as you follow the rules you will live happily and comfortable! I can’t say enough good things about staying here! Thanks for being accommodating and making it a great place to live and start our journey here in Texas!

I’ve lived here for three years because I have found that it’s affordable, quiet, the managers are greatly accommodating, knowledgeable and keep The Resort above standards. I love living in the country. The only downfall is that it’s 30 - 45 minutes from my job.

This is a very nice RV park especially if you need a long term campground. They offer gated and completely fenced back-in sites where, once you back your rig in, you can close the gate and let your dogs or kids loose within the enclosure. They have a pool, dog run and the laundry room has nice new washers and dryers, a comfortable sitting area and if you need, you can have your mail sent here. Overall, it's a reasonably priced RV park with some good amenities for the full timers and snowbirds.

Waggin' Tail Ranch is by far the Nicest, Cleanest and Friendliest RV Resort that we have ever stayed at! And the "2 Chrises" who manage this little puppy paradise are the kindest and sweetest people you'll ever meet. This place is indeed a perfect home away from home. Thanks Guys, The Baker Boys....

I have lived here for over two years now and the management has been nothing but kind and helpful. They do a really good job of keeping the park. Looking good and maintained having covered and fenced in lots as a big deal for me since I have a dog she loves it here. This is a great place to stay temporary or for long-term. they keep the laundry room/Mail room clean. There’s a playground. They even have free range eggs you can buy. I can’t imagine anyone giving them a bad review. That says more about the person giving the review then it does the location because is awesome
