Four Horsemen HOTEL

This is a great place to stay that is safe and the service was excellent. Alex was supper helpful and attentive. It is awesome to see an Old Historical Motor Lodge being restored and loved. I remember them as a kid! They are putting a major investment to make it a wonderful place to stay in the great town of Pilot Point. There are many great places to eat just with the 5 mile radius. Soon there will be a new restaurant, "Legend Bar & Grill" at the Four Horseman Hotel. Enjoy, Stewart

My friends and I have stayed at this hotel for the last several years, and over the years, this hotel has changed ownership multiple times. Each time it has gone downhill, until now, the place has become very run down and no longer a safe place to stay. There are homeless people walking around the place, the grass is not kept mowed, the pool is a green slime pit when it has water in it. The towels are paper thin. For the quality of the rooms, the price is ridiculously high and if you have a dog with you, a ridiculously high charge for each dog. This was a decent hotel but not any longer. I cannot recommend it and will stay elsewhere unless it comes under new management and the place has a complete renovation. It's literally falling apart at the seams.

The staff was so kind and helpful,room was clean, and my fur babies were welcome! I accidentally left a couple of items in my room and they contacted me immediately so I could come back and get them!

They still continue to use the false advertisement for a swimming pool. A pool that hasn't been open for years. We made our reservations this past summer looking forward to swim after spending time around Pilot Point. When we got there, it was obvious the pool hasn't been used for a very long time. As I mentioned it was summer. We turned on the AC which took a full 24 hours to cool down that room. They also advertise laundry, which they don't have. The only good thing about the place is it's location towards the center of Pilot Point.

Alex was amazing in getting an extra night and serving us with all we need. The stay was quiet and relaxing with semi kitchenet. Very hot water baths and authentic India solid wood bed. It has Texas Country decorations. Right next to a store, Cafe, laundromat, and anything else. I definitely will be back.
