Enjoyed my stay. Pools were nice. Great looking cation, near everything.
Will not stay here again. Getting to the check in building is very confusing. Arrived at check in time (4 pm. ) I had to wait in line to check in for 15 minutes. Apparently, because I had requested a ground floor room, my room wasn’t ready. When the agent couldn’t find me a room, he asked that I wait (maybe go find something else to do?) I was exhausted from being at the parks all day. I went to the car to wait. Came back in at 4:45 and again had to wait in line. I finally found a manager who said “Guess what? Your room just got ready 2 minutes ago. We finally got into our room at 5. The whole resort is confusing. The rooms are nice, but I’ll never come here again!
