Vistana Resort (807)

We had a wonderful stay at this resort. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Our villa was updated and very clean. Parking was easy and the grills were very good especially the tiki hut.

Vistana is right in the heart of the Disney area. But when on resort property you feel away from all the hustle and bustle. Rooms are a good size sraff is very helpful and friendly.

In the Cascades strolling along landscaped pathways and around water features you would think you are in a quiet neighborhood. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Great for families.

Rooms are large and basically like a condo The place was very clean and great location. Perfect for families. My only thought is that they could be more accommodating with regard to extending your stay. The process was complicated for no reason and they said we couldn't stay in our room because it was booked, but could move all of our belongings to another room. How inconvenient is that? Why would you not accommodate the people already there 🤔? And if there were other rooms like others why not put the people who have not arrived yet there ? Likely they wouldn't even know the difference. We decided not to extend our stay because they made it unnecessarily complicated.

Lovely 2-bedroom villa. Parents' room had a queen sized bed and kids' room had two full beds. 2nd time staying in similar Sheraton/ Vistana accommodation and it did not disappoint. Clean and comfy, with all the utensils you need to cook and bake if you do not want to eat out. The full jacuzzi in the parents room and private balcony were a welcome feature.
