Vista Del Sol Hotel - Rosenberg

It’s a very convenient location, our room was recently renovated and had that new clean smell, the restroom was great with all new fixtures. They’re still working on a few things but overall it’s great. The employees are friendly and the room service was a Pleasant surprise since the hotel we regularly stay at near by doesn’t always offer it. Over all, a great deal and will definitely be back on our future stays!

The hotel was ok. I thought the bathroom and floors could have been cleaner.

Positive: That it is super close(across the freeway directly) to the epic center and the fairgrounds. Negative: This hotel used to be La Quinta by Wyndham and thats what this hotel is listed as BUT is not it is bought out, owned, and is now the Vista Del Sol Hotel which is under the Choice Hotels chain. It was absolutely horrific.

We stayed 3 nights and room service made DID NOT make the beds or emptied trash receptacles. They did not pick up used towels and replace them with clean towels We had to ask for clean towels. Did not bother to ask if they ever change the sheets or for better service it was obvious management does not understand concept of customer service. It should have stayed as a La Quinta instead of this mom and pop operation, The beds were left as pictured for 3 nights. We paid $ 600+ dollars for 3 nights so my review is not of someone that was given a FREE STAY. I will never return to this hotel.

Horrible absolutely horrible. Don’t let the photos fool you, this place is under construction and has a weird smell throughout the whole place. The room rates should be a lot cheaper since pretty much nothing is accessible including the gym And pool is disgustingly. Again the photos are not what they seem.
