Vista Cay Resort by Orlando Resorts Rental

Vista Cay Resort is a great place with many positives. Location to Epic Universe is insanely close. Close to great food like Beth's Hamburgers, Publix market, also just minutes from I-Drive and all that they have to offer. New pool area with bar is a nice addition from our last stay. Grounds are well kept. However, the unit we rented was old. Washer and dryer did not work. Transoms were loose. Floor was iffy in places. Sinks didn't drain. The precious 2 stays we had here were fantastic. So, you have to really watch what unit you get. This one had all 5 stars and it really wasn't. My wife posted her review on their site but it doesn't show up because it was a 3 star.

Our rental was a very nicely furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit. Our team had lots of space to spread out in the comfortable space. The balcony provided a beautiful view of the lake and also the city beyond. The grounds are beautifully taken care of. I did not have the chance to take advantage of the swimming pools with bars, but they did look very inviting. While I was setting up the booking, I called with some questions that were easily resolved. I actually spoke with an owner each time I called. We had some special circumstances and they were extremely responsive an accommodating. For what we got, the price point was very good. I would highly recommend Vista Cay Resort by Orlando Resorts Rental.

Positive: I love the location. Negative: I did not like the fact that I specifically booked for 2 bedrooms. 1 with one bed. The other room with two beds. Both rooms only had one bed.

We had a great time at this property. We stayed here in order to take our family to theme parks in the area. The units were in excellent shape and they are the biggest apartments I have ever stayed in for the money. The location was very central for the theme parks we went to. We did have one thing that was busted in the kitchen (the microwave) but when we called the maintenance crew , they showed up right away with a freestanding microwave that we could use until they were able to fix the built in one. The pool area is fabulous. My kids loved the water playground with the giant bucket and several slides. The pool was also lovely and warm. The location is divine and the condo was lovely but felt a little abandoned. The walls had patched up holes without being painted, one of the rooms had 2 beds and one of them would prevent the bedroom door from closing, the front door lock wouldn't always open with the key card and sometimes was almost impossible to lock from the outside, some dishes and cuttlery in the kitchen were dirty. Don't get me wrong, these are just details. Overal, the whole flat was very clean.
