A true rare gem. Very homey. Quiet rv park and very friendly residents. Crazy nice community center. If we were looking to put down roots, we would be deeply considering this place. This is on our bi-yearly loop. We will now stop every time. See ya soon! Thanks for a great stop!

Love this place! All spots are back in. The snowbird crowd are some great people! Wendy, the manager is so friendly and wonderful. This is a no frills park. The lot space is a killer deal. If you are long term the electricity is super reasonable.

This is a great place to stay since the new owners took over and put new staff in place to make sure things are clean, and safe, friendly and well taken care. They truly care about the experience of their guests. Its a great area for recreation, side by side adventures, golfing and also close to the National Park. Call Wendy and she will take care of you. Great dining options right down the Road in Mesquite too!

Decent place, BYO fire wood as it's quite pricey here

Well it's cheap, and warmer than some places. Not a bad place for snow birds. Make arrangements early. Like reserve a spot a year ahead of time. They are expanding it seemed. Which was good, and working to improve the property as possible and allowed. Can't complain about anyone trying to make things better. Seemed quiet and everyone kept to themselves. All in all not bad. Parking for guests is a bit different but sure that's included in the improvements
