Multiple power pedestals are malfunctioning, and several electrical meters are failing to accurately measure electricity usage. This not only creates a serious fire hazard—evidenced by previous incidents—but also enables the park to unjustly increase rent. Furthermore, Chief Sleep Easy is in dire need of maintenance. The shower faucets in the bathrooms are broken, toilets are consistently out of order, and the Wi-Fi is frustratingly slow. It's concerning that the park's maintenance employees, who are also residents, are not taking their responsibilities seriously. There is a pressing need for them to actively engage in maintaining the facilities, landscaping, and necessary repairs, rather than appearing to take advantage of the situation. Immediate action is required to ensure a safe and

Do yourself a favor and bypass this park. This is more of a trailer park. Not well maintained at all. Showers and laundry room are barely cleaned. Washing machines do not work half the time. Clubhouse closed on Saturday's for the gambling and there is ZERO internet on Saturday when this is going much less on the rest of the week days. Showers are gross, had mold on the ceiling because the heat and vents are shut off due to a fire that happened in the ceiling of the clubhouse. The kitchen use to have a stove for convenience but the park manager took that out to put in one of the apartments in the Kings' Court section. The maintenance man's site looks nasty, he thrown his cans and cups on the ground to blow around everywhere. Rules say you need to keep your space clean and not store things o

We stayed at this park for 10 days and enjoyed our time very much. We had site 43 which is surrounded by amazing roses. The sunrise and set over the mountains was beautiful daily. Bathrooms were always well cared for and clean. Park staff does a great job of keeping things picked up and nice. Barb, in the office, is super helpful and friendly. Lots of good food choices in Mesquite. Had our anniversary dinner at Katerina In Castaway casino. Amazing prime rib! Park is within a half hour drive of Saint George, little over an hour to Zion, two hours to Cedar Breaks national monument. Great stay. Highly recommend!

We were here for one week but paid for a month. We had nothing but issues with the power and since I work from home we had to find a better option. Facility is not well maintained, very run down. They did not have us sign a contract, in fact didn’t ever tell us there was one or any details but when we told them we had to move because of power issues they told us no refund and it was in the signed contract that they can’t provide since they didn’t give us one. They have since stopped replying to me. Do not recommend.

DO NOT STAY HERE. I was honestly put off when my husband made the reservations and I saw that they were appropriating indigenous culture but I decided to give it a try. I would say that a huge portion of the residence are permanent residence or snowbirds which ordinarily isn’t a problem, but not when there’s any kind of standards to be upheld. It was dirty and honestly quite scary. I was approached by a man at the laundry room. He just mumbled and stared at me. I went right back to my campsite. We packed up and left. There are many other places not that far down the road in Mesquite stay there .
