The price is right! You can pay for a day or several, a week (discount for a week), or a month & there are different "level" prices/lots, so there is something for everyone. There is a clubhouse that has reasonably priced washers (2, $1.50 per wash) & dryers (3, $2.00 for45 min) which are clean. There's also a folding counter & hanging rack in laundry room. Make sure you bring quarters & detergents, there isn't a change machine or soap/softener/bleach available to purchase on site. Also within the clubhouse is a kitchen (double sink, stove/oven, microwave & fridge) dining table & sitting area with a TV, some games, books, magazines featuring local entertainment/dining & equipment for pickle ball, mini golf & boche ball, which all can be played in the fenced in area behind the clubhouse tha

Nice people, quiet community, with spacious and clean sites. However, there's no showers available, and you're pretty close to the highway, so there's no getting away from the noise if you're outside

We stayed here for a couple of months and had a great experience. All interactions with Dave were pleasant, and the community was wonderful. We were sad to leave our neighbors and the warm area! We will definitely come back because you can’t beat that view :)

Great place, very accommodating and welcoming. I look forward to future stays when we’re passing through. Definitely would recommend.
