We recently stayed here on a multi family vacation. Our experience was, overall, very good. The good: - The staff were universally warm and welcoming. I enjoyed all interactions I had and appreciated their professionalism and hospitality. - The pool area was a great spot to relax for the day, and the kids had lots of fun in its various sections. -The apartments had a nice layout and were comfortable for a family to stay in while having a bit of personal space. The kitchen was also well set up for cooking and gathering for meals. -The location, while not a cute walkable community, was very close to everything we needed and wanted during our stay. The meh: - The ventilation in the apartments was not ideal, and we often found them to have a stale smell when coming home from a day out. - The

Villatel resort is outstanding. We stayed in a 2 bed apartment for 2 weeks. Apartments are very clean and have all you need for a stay. Beds are extremely comfortable and it’s a bonus having two bathrooms. Two things I wish the apartments have is an iron and iron board and drink coasters. Apart from that everything was great. ||Amenities were lovely, nice bar and grille area, only ate there twice but what we did have was nice. Pool area is lovely and all the staff are very accommodating. I think there are too many life guards, it’s a bit overkill but I get that it’s for the safety. No floats or toys in the pool, my son had a ball and we were passing it back to one another being aware of other guests around us not to splash them and we were told we couldn’t play with the ball in the pool. We were very excited to stay at the property with all of the amenities and the proximity to Universal. Unfortunately this property was almost entirely a disappointment, Which is why we chose to leave after the second night, despite having booked for five. While I do appreciate that the manager credited us the remaining amount, it did take over a week for us to be checked out and receive the reimbursement, which was a significant stressor and required multiple follow up phone calls on our part. The slippery mattress covers and the lack of a fitted sheet resulted in the sheets in a ball by the end of the first night and resulted on sleeping on the exposed mattress pad despite remaking the bed multiple times. After asking the front desk if a fitted sheet was available, I was told (after sever

Our winter getaway at Villatel was absolutely fantastic and highly recommended for families! Being a new property, everything was incredibly clean and fresh, and the staff were consistently courteous throughout our stay. The location is perfect for theme park access—it’s a quick trip to both Universal and Disney. We stayed during the holidays and loved the Christmas decorations and festive themed events at the property. Our 3-bedroom unit was spacious, spotless, and well-stocked with all the essentials. The amenities: • Water Park: A great size, beautifully landscaped with palm trees, and fully fenced for safety. • Activities: The kids loved the lazy river and pool, which kept them busy for hours (both are heated year-round) Be sure to account for the ~$50 daily resort fee and $35 parkin

We loved this resort. The property is fairly new, so everything was clean and in good working order. We ended up taking an earlier flight, and the front desk was gracious in allowing us to check in a little early. The weather was great during our stay, so we maximized our time at the pool, which was amazing. There is a large "main" pool, a lazy river, and four water slides, along with a bar that offers drinks and light fare. Our unit was clean and modern. There was enough room at the dining table for all of us to eat. The sofa was spacious and comfortable, with a large (I think 77") TV to enjoy local stations and streaming. Our unit had a great balcony view of the pool facility. Our kids loved their Batman themed bedroom, along with the awesome arcade game, which had something lik
