Villatel at Harbor Island Beach Club

This place in Melbourne Beach Fl is absolutely beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay here. We have friends and family in the area and it was so nice to be able to host a meal or two and spend time together . We stayed in the condo ( 3rd floor ocean view ) . Communication was a breeze and the check in was simple. We are already planning our next visit. Highly recommend.

Perfect for Our Group—Great Stay The house was absolutely perfect for our group! Communication was impeccable from start to finish, and the customer service felt truly first-class, greatly appreciated throughout the entire process. The home itself was beautifully maintained and decorated, with plenty of space and thoughtful touches. The rooms were comfortable, and the amenities for kids (and kids at heart!) did not disappoint. We especially loved the poker room, basketball game, cozy TV room, fun decorations in the kids’ room, and the spacious couches and social areas that made it easy to gather and relax. Terrible customer service! Our voicemails and emails weren't returned. When we did manage to get hold of someone, they only repeat the same meaningless lines, like "We understand that would be frustrating to you" without offering any solution. Goes along with the management sending a welcome email to us the day before our checkout and sending out the September events calendar during our DECEMBER stay. Requests for the December events list went unanswered. Our unit's view was grossly misrepresented - instead of corner windows overlooking the beach, we had a view of the building across the street and huge electrical poles. Our stay with Villatel was great. House was big and spacious. The rooms were comfortable. The amenities were fun. There was plenty to do without even leaving the house. Having beach access was great. We were disappointed that there weren’t any outside amenities like the resort in Orlando, but a nice quiet location for a beach getaway.
