Melbourne Beach Resort & Surf Club

Great ocean front resort, beautiful grounds, very clean and friendly staff. Located a few miles away from our late grandparents oceanfront home, where we visited since we were kids. Brought many beautiful memories!

Stayed for a couple of nights and it was excellent. We stayed in an oceanfront suite which was nicely layed out and had a balcony overlooking the ocean. We watched incredible sunrises in the morning enjoyed lying by the pool. We even saw newly hatched baby turtles walking from their nest to the ocean! This isn't a 5 star resort, but it's a good value for what you get. This is our new "stay-cation" spot

I was really looking forward to staying here but was underwhelemed. The views and beach access are obviously amazing, but other than that, I really wouldnt stay here again. Cons: - impossible to get a good nights rest, there are no curtains in the bedrooms so the rooms are flooded with light from lights you cant turn off outside. The bedding is one sheet and one super thin cotton sheet, doesnt feel “resort like” at all - its super loud outside, there was something broken on the roof making a fog horn sound all night. woken up by people at the pool every morning at 7 - the rooms have a lot of space, none of which is in the bathrooms, I had to use the toliet for my makeup bag as there is zero counter space or shelving in the shower - called a bunch of times and noone ever answers the fro

Love this little gem on the ocean. Rooms are comfortable and clean, modern but still cozy. Pool is big and well maintained. The deck overlooking the beach and ocean is very nice. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this place.

What a lovely surprise! Great accommodations. Nice comfortable renovated rooms close to the beach. Such warm service. Simple, Fantastic, beachfront magic. Great staff!
