Village Inn & Suites

The owner and staff are very professional and friendly bar none. As hotels go; this place is immaculately clean and well taken care of. I've stayed here many times and I've been to other local hotels and now I will only stay at the village Inn. All in all it's a great place to stay. Forrest Dalton

The whole time I was here, I felt like I was under surveillance. The owner are nosey and track you whenever you leave your room.. and if you complain bring it up.. they deny and basically blow you off.. a innkeeper they need to ensure privacy.. to be honest.. wouldn't be surprised if they had hidden cameras or bugs in the rooms

we were planning to stay at a holiday inn that was supposed to be in everett, washington, but we couldn't find it, so we just took the exit that said "lodging", and found village inn and suites. it was a bit tucked away down a side street, but they had a big sign, so we saw that. We were tired from a ton of driving in a snowstorm. They allowed us to take a room that would allow us to see our car parked outside. We were surprised that the low price included a desk with a lamp and a chair, an easy chair to relax in, the bed of course, and another dresser on which was a tv, and something to set your luggage on. Owner lady always keeps deposit about 8/10 times she's keeping your deposit , I've probably heard every excuse in the book about how to keep a deposit I bring my own blankets and sheets and towels , and I even bring cleaning wipes and a broom as well spend more of my time cleaning the damn room than I do getting to relax and enjoy my stay there it's honestly ridiculous. Every time I walk in the doors I feel like I'm being judged by the person behind the desk no lt friendly at all more like jail guards than anythingbl.

If I could give a 0 Stars I would. We travel a lot and never have problems with a returned deposit. Not to mention we have stayed at really nice chain hotels that are WAY nicer than this place. I do not recommend families to stay here. They will steal your deposit for any unjust reason. Front desk claimed room was "too dirty" and wouldn't refund the deposit. Got charged for using towels to clean up a pop spill then they said the floor was too sticky and we should of asked for a rag because they had to mop the spill which was extra work to their housekeeper (herself the owner). They do not mop rooms after each stay and if they have to, they stated they will keep the deposit cause it's extra work.
