Holiday Inn Express & Suites Marysville by IHG

Fantastic customer service that exceeds a 5 star rating! I arrived at a busy hour with multiple people checking in at the same time. Elena was working at the front desk and addressed each checkin promptly. She was friendly and professional, her positive attitude completely lifting my mood after an exhausting days drive to get here. The room was clean and updated. Also, my kids absolutely enjoyed to heat pool. I highly recommend.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel both for leisurely weekend. Staff is extremely friendly, very knowledgeable. The breakfast is divine, so many things to choose from. Being able to take a swim and relax in the hot tub after a long day, made it even more enjoyable. The convenience of being able to take a shuttle to the local casinos was even an extra bonus.

I don't know how the riffaft can afford to stay here at $217 a night! However, the were as shady as the homeless at the gas station. The room was clean and smells great. Bedding and pillows smelled like good old fashion clorox, made me happy. The bathroom towels are clean smells fresh and colors but the towels are Fluffy, soft, and dry your body! I had to clean up some water off the bathroom floor and let me tell you something, white towels do not lie!!! THAT TOWEL WAS STILL WHITE AFTER MOPING UP THE WATER OFF THE FLOOR!!! I WAS IMPRESSED!! Housekeeping gets yhe biggest 5 star rating from my whole stay here!! The website said $109 a night, I'm not sure WHY I was charged Double that!

At the Holiday Inn Express in Marysville I was surprised by the level of service that we received. Everyone at the front desk is super friendly and excited to help you with whatever you need. It was definitely five-star service. The rooms are clean and surprisingly good sized. I never heard anyone else ever. It also features an underground parking garage with secure access. One of our rooms that was closer to the freeway had a little bit of road noise from I-5. Location is good because it is located next to on off ramp to I-5 with plenty of restaurants within a few minutes and the Seattle premium outlets nearby as well.
