Villa Graziadio at Pepperdine University

I visited for work for 2 days with a 1 night stay for convenience. This boutique hotel is located inside at the top of Pepperdine University. It has a one clerk front desk with complimentary coffee & tea for guest. Very simple style rooms. If you're looking for a clean and quiet place to stay without a bar, restaurant or room service, this is your place.

Driving through the California coast, I chose this hotel for its location and its view, from the website pictures. I decided to spend a lot of money 300$ for a night at this place, for the view… and I was given a room with none. No ocean, not much of the mountains but boy will I remember that beautiful exterior staircase. Unless you’re guaranteed a view, there are more spacious rooms at better prices, with breakfast and pool. Very disappointing experience in my case.

Couldn’t be happier to stay here. We have been here about 12 times since our daughter is a student at Pepperdine University. The rooms are upscale, clean and I suggest you ask for gorgeous ocean views. You’re on top of the mountain and can see for miles. Staff are super friendly and highly professional. Every guest is a VIP.

Really good hotel at a reasonable price in Malibu. Stayed only 1 night but it was nice and quiet. One thing to keep in mind, the address on expedia or Google maps does not put you in front for the place , put villa graziadio executive center and it will take you there. Also this hotel does not have big lights or signs, it looks like a school building.

The customer service is so amazing....and heros Garden will take your breath away..
