Positive: Good Breakfast. Room was clean. Ok for the price. Negative: No way is this a 3 star hotel. No place for 2 people to sit (1 desk chair) and no table, Outlet at the sink was not fictional. Lamp at one of the beds nonfunctional. No returaunt.. his was an old style motel from the 60's

Huge shout out to Kristen and Michael! My family stayed here for 4 days this past week for a baseball tournament. We had the breakfast everyday and Kristen and Michael were both so amazing to us. Very welcoming and friendly. We looked forward to seeing them everyday for breakfast! You have 2 great employees there who made our trip even more special. Thank you from South Jersey!!!

* update. The response is complete crap. When you take a photo of something if it’s not clear AI tries it’s best to identify what it is. I know a bedbug when I see one. I’m also an RN and I’ve seen a lot of people who come in with pictures of bedbugs and the rashes on their body. You’re not fooling anybody. You had a bedbug and I will be sure to remember how I was treated as well. This review is public. zero accountability for your pest situation. I was treated unfairly on the phone after I raised a very important problem. your thorough investigation as you say, is invalid to me. Of course you’re going to defend that you don’t have bedbugs. Two night stay resulted in us checking out early. Travel was with wife and daughter and we were issued a room in the far corner where it was dark and rooms open to the parking lot. When we got to the room there were men sitting on the bed of a pick up drinking and smoking weed. My wife and daughter refused to stay and checked into a nicer safer property. The second night it was just going to be my wife staying and there was no way that was happening. I stayed one night and lobbied for a refund of just the second night after checking out early but was refused. Sound like a place you'd like to stay at ?? --- in response to the owners answer - "pleased to hear there were no further issues for the remainder of your stay". We have stayed in hotel five times. It is an old time Florida hotel probably built in the 60's. We had enjoyed the property, the laid back charm, and terrific breakfasts. This year we canceled our stay and do not plan to book there again. We had a ten hour drive from just north of Charlotte. We made amazing time and asked for early check in as we expected to arrive at 1pm. We were told check in was 4pm PERIOD. We were told that maybe there would be a room available earlier but they would not know until 2pm and then we'd have to pay $75.00 fee for early check in. We never had a problem or paid a fee for early check in here before ( or at any hotel for that matter). After 10 1/2 hrs of driving we had no desire to wait longer! 100 rooms at this location and none were ready for an early check
