Kimpton Vero Beach Hotel & Spa

We had a very enjoyable few days staying here. What makes it special is the staff throughout the hotel are exceptional. They give the impression that they genuinely care about your stay and not simply going through the motions to get a tip. We had an issue with our room which was professionally handled. The rooms themselves are very clean. Yes, certain ares could do with an update, but overall we have no complaints. Will be returning.

We chose the Kimpton Vero Beach Hotel & Spa as our wedding venue. Jennifer Link, our coordinator, paid such close attention to detail for our vision of our special day. Multiple meetings on site, phone calls, emails, suggestions and recommendations. She was a dream to work with. As a very type A bride, I never could have imagined just how perfect she and Nikki made our day. It was seamless. And perfect. The ambiance, our cocktail hour and passed hors d’oeuvres, dinner, everything….went above even our highest expectations. Not only that, there were ample amount of staff during our event to ensure everything ran smoothly and that our guests were comfortable. Can not recommend this hotel enough! I live in Vero Beach and it is my absolutely favorite spot to grab a drink - the views are unmatched. When I got engaged I knew I didn't want to get married anywhere else! Our wedding here was an absolute dream - if you are looking for a venue in Vero - this is the best of the best! Nikki and Jennifer were so helpful in working through the details of our day - quick to respond and always friendly! On the day of the wedding everything ran so smoothly and the staff was so wonderful - all of my guests raved about the food, drinks, space - everything! Special shoutout to our VIP server, Toni - she made sure my husband and I didn't lift a finger! We did a room block and Caitlin and Elizabeth were so amazing to work with! They are so sweet and accommodating

Positive: It?s a beautiful hotel right on the beach. Negative: I paid for a suite, but we only got to stay in it one night. A refrigerator did not work so we asked for a replacement. Then there was a huge cockroach or beetle in our room. We were then moved to a much smaller room.

I enjoyed my stay, some of the rooms have hottubs in them, no restrictions on the time of night they can be used as well... the room was so big it felt like it had two rooms with doors in the middle for right around $150, you cant beat that and check out time wasn't all early either it was at 11 and their breakfast was the best part, it was GOOD friendly people to. I might go back again soon to get away for a little while, not to mention its right next to the beach, when it warms up im there!
