Vero Beach Hotel

I love this hotel. I stayed here before when it was called something else. I loved it then also. It's not too far from town. The staff is amazing. The breakfast is delicious. It feels like home.❤️

Easy access to I-95 and the Vero Outlets. A bit of a drive to downtown and the beaches. It has recently been taken over by SureStay and upgraded a bit, but not a full on remodel. Kind of a shoddy job with painting and covering or fixing cracks. The elevator was a bit wonky. The decor looked very recycled from last hotel there. Rooms were clean enough, except the carpet seemed original and in need of a good cleaning. Front desk was pleasant. The free breakfast was just meh, not a big selection of items. The pool was on the cool side and is small, no hot tub, and fitness room was small as well. Our room was also at the end of the hall, so there was a constant din from the Interstate. Price was okay though.

Had some perfect stays here, and had some that were just fine. Overall I like it and as return customer, I can say that it is a place worth trying.

Thee worst hotel ever. It’s dirty. The housekeepers don’t do a good job. There was hair everywhere in my room & nasty goop in the tub, the toilet looks sketchy.. it looked like someone just used it before I walked in & the napkin dispenser was empty! Oh also they keep your $100 bs deposit for 3-4 business days, so hopefully you don’t need it for awhile! Not worth the price I spent at all. The staff was nice & so was the breakfast, but that’s about it. Won’t be coming back ever.

Everything about this hotel was great! From the young lady who checked me in to the room, it was all good. I thought I had a rewards membership. But, I didn't. However, the young STILL found me a discount (AAA) PLUS accepted cash. The only thing that was a little inconvenient was when I left my jacket in the room. I called, they checked the room & confirmed it was there. I thought it would have been at the front desk. But, they left it in the room & told me to be there by 10. I'm not from FL & this was my first visit. So, I got lost a couple times. I made it on time, thank God & had to walk back with the new person on morning shift. Other than that, I have no complaints!! Btw, I now have a membership.
