Vacation Myrtle Beach

One of the most horrible beach trips I have ever had me and my wife went there just to have some relaxation away from our businesses and we booked a room from beach vacations at Myrtle Beach at Holiday Sands South. I guess beach vacations at Myrtle Beach call themselves a management company. We arrived there May 25, 2024 room number 1203 on the 12th floor the first night we got there there was no AC the room with was disgusting. Throw up stains on the mattresses. We call the overnight number for maintenance problems all night long and nobody answered. We had to literally pretty much sleep outside to get some cool air. one of the worst nights at a hotel I have ever experience and we paid $800 for two nights what a rip off then we go up there to tell the guest manager his name is Matthew Col

Stayed at the Carolina Winds in May, had some jewelry stolen while we went to the pool, tried to report it and manager was very rude to me about it. We weren't gone but 1 1/2 hours and when we came up there was a maintenance man on the floor that had dumped the trash in front of condo. Didn't notice things were missing until next day.

where to start have spent the last 16 yrs. in M.B.on mar. 15th 2023 booked aroom for Mar. 2024 along with 2 other couples ground floor 80 yr. old called in Nov. 2023 re credit change only to be informed we had been moved 2miles away the unit was dump could trip over the buckle in the shag rug called 4 times for service same answer (will call back) they LIE never 1 call back what ashame the PEOPLE of M.B. are the best

This place is so nice. We stayed in bldg. A, in room 525 and it was great. Clean and equipped with everything a family needs for a nice vacation. I loved that we could access various pools (indoor and outdoor), lazy river, water play areas for kids, hot tubs, ocean and so much more right here on the property. Really you could park and not need to leave. The hallways and stairs are kept really clean as well and the landscaping is beautiful.

We stayed at the Myrtle Beach Resort room 435 place is outdated, stinks and dirty. Management has poor customer service. The shower was broken and couldn’t shower. We stayed there Friday and booked somewhere else for the week. After I did some more digging there was a review in July with the same issue “shower not working” here we are in Dec 2022 and we still have the same issue. You also have to travel 17 min to check in and check out. That’s an hour out of your day… no way!!
