So my wife and I have never rented a cabin before and stumbled upon this place because we were going to meet some people at Penn's Cave. We decided a small weekend getaway would be nice. When I called to ask about the cabins the person I spoke to was very nice and super informative about the area. We went there not knowing what to expect and just wow!!!! The entire place was spotless. Our cabin, spotless. The bath house, spotless....we were super impressed with this place and how it is kept. Our cabin was clean and comfortable. There was a kitchen but no bathroom.(we know this during our initial phone call) but the bathroom/bathhouses were very close) If I have to put a negative in I would say finding the place is a slight challenge. Do not follow google to the campground but rather search
What a lovely place to stay! We love Poe Valley and come up yearly in the summer but have never stayed here as we have family nearby. Well, the trailer we rented was so cozy and clean, just a little slice of heaven dressed up to feel like home ♡
What a wonderful place to visit. Everything was so neat and clean. Definitely a nice value for the dollar. Less than 3 miles to a lake complete with a swimming area.
