Unwind at the Stone

I stayed at Unwind at the Stone for 2 nights while touring the area on my Motorcycle. Based on the reviews and photos I was sure I would enjoy my stay, and I was 100% not disappointed. The decor is so awesome, the beds are very comfortable, the view of the mississipi river is amazing from the back deck, and the overall experience was top notch. The owners are extremely friendly and quick to respond and answer questions. My only regret was I was alone, and couldn't share the experience of staying here with other riders. I'll be spreading the word about Unwind at the Stone to everyone I know who's heading anywhere near Iowa!

Unwind at the Stone is a rustic stone building that has been converted into a modern, uniquely designed vacation property. It is decorated with an awesome biker theme, which any type of small or large group should find impressive. It is very clean and comfortable. The owners did a great job of restoring this property. A great place to stay.

We have an annual trip and stay at Unwind at the Stone. It is an incredible place to stay and walkable to all shops on main. The open concept allows for a large group to stay. The upgraded beds are very comfortable. Love spending time here.

This is a wonderful gem in the driftless area of Iowa. Plenty of room all just blocks away from the Mississippi River and the beautiful Blackhawk Bridge. Located in downtown Lansing Iowa close to shops restaurants and local attractions. If you need to get away and expirance some of the river life then this would be a nice place to stay with all your family under 1 roof.
