Universal's Cabana Bay Beach Resort

My first time staying at Cabana Bay and I really enjoyed it! I took my son for 4 nights and we did three days at the Universal Parks. The shuttle bus was very convenient and you rarely had to wait more than 10 minutes to get from point A to point B. The hotel itself is kept extremely clean and fresh looking. The rooms are a bit small I had ordinary to Queen bedroom but it was adequate. Each pool is unique and the water extremely warm for February. Each pool also had its Bar and Grill which was extremely convenient and as many clean towels as you need! the main dining room is cafeteria style and there's a lot of good selections the prices are high so the rumors are true. They have one restaurant upstairs in the bowling alley which I ate at one night and the food was very good. Unfortunately

This was our first time staying at Cabana Bay and I would highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Universal. We had a quick check in process, easy access to our prepaid park tickets, friendly staff everywhere we went, and not a complaint about our room. The beds were comfy and the room was well kept. When we needed extra coffee pods or etc it was dropped off to our room in no more than 20 min. The pool area was fantastic! W loved our pool area so much that we didn’t even venture over to the other pool. The hottub was big enough even on the busiest nights. The lazy river was icing on the cake! Positive: Location was close to parks, buses were quick and easy to figure out. Both pools were great. Negative: Food was below average and very expensive…use Walmart delivery. Soda is 5.50 and is only good for two hours then your cup gets turned off.

Our stay at Cabana Bay Beach Resort exceeded all of my expectations. As a mom of three and a travel agent, I pay attention to every detail when visiting a resort, and Cabana Bay truly delivered an amazing experience for my family. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. I want to give a very special thank you to Lakayla at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made a huge difference for us. The hotel itself is perfect for families. My kids had an incredible time enjoying everything the resort offers. The atmosphere is fun, vibrant, and very family-friendly. Another highlight was the character appearances in the lobby on the weekend, which was such a magical surprise for the kids.

This was our third time in Orlando around the Disney or Universal bubble, and by far it was the best hotel we stayed at.||Their customer service is exceptional, with every employee being eager to help and always very friendly and welcoming. The check-in process was fairly quick and very smooth. Something as simple as the attendant explaining to us where our room was located was a better experience than most other resorts.||The rooms were very clean and everything worked perfectly. The beds were super comfortable as well. There was one night where the room next to us was pretty noisy which showed us how thin the walls really are.
