Wow. This hotel is beautiful, clean and pristine! I did not expect much since it's a "value" hotel. It doesn't have a ton of frills like a more expensive hotel but it had everything we needed and our room was VERY clean. Being in a place that feels so clean and new makes it seem upscale. Firm, comfortable mattresses. Beautiful decor and no carpet! There is a rug but the majority of the floor is laminate wood or something. I despise carpet. It's so gross. The staff is stellar. So friendly and accommodating. We are Marriott Bonvoy Elite members and I almost booked a Marriott hotel but they were so snotty and rude, I decided to go with Stella Nova and I was so happy with our stay! The pool is beautiful. Huge hot tub. Splash pad for the kids. Nice fitness center and a restaurant on-site. The b

It is totally unacceptable to only service rooms every other day at a major theme park hotel with a resort swimming pool that is $300+ per night. Period. Trash does not get picked up every day in a room that most families will eat at least one daily meal in. No clean towels in a room in which you may want to shower twice a day if you use the pool. A family of 4 surviving on only one small roll of toilet paper every two days … And they don’t tell you about any of this in advance or during check-in. So if you stay here be prepared to bring extra towels, trash bags, toilet paper etc.||We really wanted to like this hotel and we did like certain aspects of it. The rooms are well laid out with good bench seating and a small table to eat at. They have good storage. The bathroom is convenient with

I enjoyed my stay. Extremely convenient to Epic, especially nice during the summer for taking a mid day pool break. The buses run steadily but there is a longer wait during the afternoon. The lobby is large and fits the theme, however I prefer more color. It is a bit sterile for my taste. Everyone we met who works there, from the front desk staff, shop staff, to the lobby and pool bartenders are exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The hall with the starry sky is definitely worth visiting. The pool is large and also has a hot tub and splash pad. The small food court area has a nice selection of breakfast food, and a small convenience store serves Starbucks coffee. We didn't visit that area during any other meal. The price is very reasonable for a brand new theme park hote

Brand new hotel. Everything immaculately clean. Friendly helpful staff. Basic restaurant/canteen sufficient for a night or two but for longer stays you’ll want to go out. 10 mins walk to epic universe.

Overall our stay was good. The rooms have a cool space theme and we were on the floor that had the twinkling ceiling which the kids got a kick of. The rooms and hotel itself are very clean and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The onsite food options were good too and offered a nice variety. We spent a couple of afternoons by the pool and it was great! Plenty of seating and lots to keep the kids busy, like sand and games. The two biggest downfalls are: 1) this hotel is a decent ways away from IOA, Universal, and CityWalk. It’s within walking distance to Epic but a good 15-20 minutes depending on traffic to the other attractions. 2) The water pressure in our room was absolutely horrible! Unfortunately we didn’t realize this until after we had spent a day in the park and it was late
