Twisted Horns Ridge

Charming and peaceful place. We were looking for a few romantic days around Texas Hill Country and we loved the tiny house for its comfort, intimacy and attention to details. All communications from booking to checkout and follow-up were very amicable and professional. We highly recommend this place.

Our stay at the Highland Escape cabin was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by peace and quiet, the kind that settles the soul. The cabin itself was beautiful, cozy, and full of charm. From the time we booked to the time we checked out. We had clear communication with Mae and the ranch hands. Dana is super sweet, I got to visit with her when she delivered farm fresh eggs to our cabin. One of the sweetest parts of our time there was getting one-on-one moments with the longhorns and catching glimpses of the graceful Blackbuck antelope wandering nearby. Each hike along the trails gave us new views to take in, and the sight of hummingbirds feeding while we sat on the porch with our Bibles in hand was a blessing we will always cherish. My husband and I stayed at the Highland and loved every minute. It was relaxing and beautiful. Evenings spent in the plunge pool, hot tub and by the fire. So peaceful and quiet. We ventured to Bandara for some shopping, the rodeo and food/drinks which was amazing also. It was fun to see all the animals on the ranch.

My wife and I stayed a weekend here for our anniversary. Unfortunately two nights was not long enough! We absolutely loved it and will be returning in the future. The home was very well kept and nice. The staff and service were perfect and very respectful. I couldn’t say enough nice things about Twisted Horns Ridge!
