Twin City Motel Morgan City

They're the best hotel I have ever stayed with very nice rooms and very cleaned place to visit slept peacefully like a baby ....my kids love the peace they got in the room very safe and also it's not to far from the store either....glad and will visit that place again.....

Great location and staff with a full service restaurant 25 feet from the office. Is a little older, but this means larger rooms, larger showers, newer air-conditioning, and a family atmosphere. Perfect for long stays too. Did I mention "no stairs"?

Very clean rooms, I know they had some remodeling done and you can tell, the place looks better than how it was some many years ago. I love how they are close to some very good restaurants in the area, and stores, making it very easy to commute when you don't have a vehicle.

For many years myself, as well as other family and friends have paid for rooms at the Twin City Motel even though we live in the same city as the motel. We would do this several times during the hot months so we can have access to the pool. Many vacation of sorts. In the past years we have never had a problem and anyone who worked there was very accommodating and friendly. Rooms were always clean! We just had our first weekend of the year at the motel the weekend of June 16/17. NEW OWNERS!! Nothing is the same. There were spills of brown on the floor that had not been cleaned and had dried there on the floor. The mattresses covers were filthy with what looked like blood stains and who knows what all else. Keep in mind these were mattress 'covers' and could be removed and washed but weren't

I like the place, I travel a lot for work and will spend a month or so in a hotel during a project. This place is inexpensive and nostalgic, and I'm really into retro. Bottom line, I will continue to use this place. -edit- I have revised my opinion of this motel. They are NOT service dog friendly. They get confrontational and insist your service dog is a pet. So if you are blind and have a seeing eye dog or have a diabetes alert dog ETC you will not like this place.
