TRYP by Wyndham Tallahassee North I-10 Capital Circle

The room we stayed in was clean and spacious. However, the desk was at the end of the bed and right below the TV. No space to get through if someone were at the desk. The grab bar in the shower was loose, glad I didn't need to use it. The price was good, and the breakfast offering was normal and ok. The location was tucked away and a little off the main road. Not much parking.

Positive: Nothing Negative: No front desk staff on arrival. Room was smelling of a very strong chemical oder. Other guess smoking at entrance, a d some speaking loudly in the hallway. Room appliances were rusting. No iron or ironing board in the room. Did no stay the night.

Room was clean enough, wouldnt say clean however they did not honor our room rental. We only booked the room we did as we needed a family suite, only to find out they booked the room from underneath us. They refused to accommodate us and refused to issue any type of discount for the room they gave us which would have been substantially cheaper. Highly recommend staying away if youre counting on your reservation to matter.

Staff was outstanding. The breakfast was also one of the better free hotel breakfasts we have had. The rooms smell a bit musty, and the AC unit had broken buttons. Couldn’t lower the temp on the heat once you bumped it up. Ended up having to switch between the fan and heat all night to regulate the temperature. Other than that, the room was decent for a night stay. The road getting to the hotel is very worn out, with potholes and just a weird vibe. Otherwise the area felt safe.

Check-in was seamless and the staff was friendly and professional.|The breakfast was awesome. My grandsons are big boys and they really enjoyed the variety and selection of food. |Coffee was good and hot. A small variety of flavored creamer also.|The cleaning staff was on the ball. Kept room very clean and well supplied. |The location is set back from the main road so not much traffic noise at all. |All in all it was a very good stay. I'd stay again for sure.
