Holiday Inn Tallahassee E Capitol - Univ by IHG

Location was conveniently close to restaurants and the room was very clean. Customer service was quick and since we got in late, we were tired and just wanted to crash. Had to be up early the next morning to attend a meeting.

Terrific hotel! Heated swimming pool that’s actually heated. Very helpful and courteous staff. Large comfortable rooms. And a great location to get around Tallahassee.|Andrea, who managed the breakfast, which was excellent, especially the skillet breakfast, did a great job and was very helpful. One morning she made the front desk and took care of all our needs in the breakfast area. She was very pleasant and made our stay as comfortable as possible.

After staying most of 1 night in the room I developed a runny nose and thought I was getting sick. Left hotel to go find food and was perfectly fine within 45 min. Returned to hotel got my bags packed and checked out early. Was perfectly fine after leaving and happy i had other options, wont stay there EVER again.

This hotel was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I had an opportunity to speak with the General Manager, Joshua, at check-out. Not only is the property beautiful and the layout well thought out, but every detail was covered, from spacious luggage carts, right down to the bathroom vanity pack which included q-tips and en emory board. Even the key card jackets allow for hassle free entrance into your hotel room!! In addition, the prompt and courteous staff perfectly compliment the place! From check-in to check-out, I couldn't ask for more! Their rooms are large, clean, and beds are comfortable. Even though we were there during a very busy college graduation weekend, it was still quiet. Their holiday decorations are welcoming and inviting, giving you a "Christmas at home" feel. Had a great stay here valentines day! Staff are so nice and everything was so easy from reservation by phone, and check in/out. Room 427 was clean and the beds were very comfy! A big thanks to everyone and hope to stay again soon!!!
