TRYP by Wyndham Atlantic City

This hotel was a welcome surprise. Doesn't look promising on the outside, but our room was spotlessly clean, spacious, attractive, and well-equipped. Included a fridge, a coffee maker, a couch, and separate sink area. The desk staff was helpful and welcoming, and the breakfast included make-your-own waffles. Just a couple of blocks from the boardwalk, and, the price (we went in off-season) was amazingly reasonable.

The hotel was very nice! The staff were great and very helpful. I had the Wheelchair Accessible room; it was really nice and spacious. It had one of the biggest, nicest, roll-in showers that I've ever seen in a hotel. I would have given 5 stars but the bathroom was sloped so all of the water from the shower totally missed the drains and we ended-up using most of our towels to keep all of the water in the bathroom and not out into the main carpeted area of the rest of the rest of our room. All-in-all, I would most definitely stay in the TRYP by Wyndham in Atlantic City again NJ again!

My husband and I decided we wanted to go to Atlantic City New Jersey for our 10th year anniversary. We looked up the Clarion and it looked like a very nice hotel. It was conveniently close to the boardwalk and close to a lot of stores and had plenty of parking spots. When we arrived the building was aesthetically pleasing the office was very nice and clean it had an upstairs room for continental breakfast. It was right across the street from the Tropicana casino and right up the street was the boardwalk. |It had a pool and continental breakfast. The saving grace for this property is that it is feet away from the boardwalk. The rooms are in desperate need of an overhaul. Rust on the ceilings, carpet was dingy, baseboards need repairing, shower head and floor needs replacing.

We stayed here in July! The weather could not have been more perfect! The ocean water was beautiful and warm!!! The beds were amazing breakfast hit the spot...the steps and walkways could really use a date with a broom!!! Let's just say it had "vintage charm' and vintage dust!!!
