Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City

Stayed in the South Tower with my wife for the first time. It was very nice similar to the North Tower we have stayed in before. Very close to the casino. Room very clean with nice towels to wash yourself. Great view of the ocean. Went to eat at Hard Rock Cafe, The Buffet and IL Mulino. Great food at all three! Very healthy and delicious. Service of all employees is fantastic. Rommel checked us out and has very friendly to us and worked so magnificent. Thank you very much. Casino was very happy to stay in and play. Great music was played and sometimes by fantastic live bands. We were given a complimentary room again and nice amount of free play. I personally had a great time. Unfortunately I didn't win anything. The staff were great, polite and very helpful. Our room was stunning and clean. I understand not all rooms have been updated. There were some questionable characters that were able to get access to places they shouldn't, but I never felt unsafe. I personally had a good time.

We had the pleasure of working with Ande at the front desk at Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City! We had hopes of having rooms close to my in laws since we were traveling together. Not only was she able to get us in the same tower, but she booked us with joining rooms! She was super helpful and very pleasant! Very professional and personable!

Atlantic City Hard Rock Casino gives you a lot for your money. They have not failed me yet from nice comp rooms, great quality gifts to great Customer Service..Dolly at the front desk greets you politely & professional... Ariana floor drink server is So Nice! Lorela great Help they all make my HR Experience comfortable, fun and memorable..I RECOMMEND All to Visit & Stay There!!

Terrible customer service. We arrived at 4:10pm. Check in is at 4:00pm. Our room was not ready. They gave us a key with no room number and said they’d text us when our room was ready, so we wouldn’t have to come back to the check in desk later. By 7:00pm they still had not texted us. We went back to the desk and they said the room was ready but for “some reason” the text was never sent. I felt that if we didn’t have access to the room for 3 hours, we should not have to pay full price. They said they’d take $10 off. For a very highly priced room, and a hotel policy that says check in is at 4:00pm, they should comp us more than that. The manager said that the policy does not guarantee your room will be ready at 4:00pm. There is nothing on the policy that says the room may not be ready for yo
