Customer service here is top notch. Sky (worker) needs a raise as she is doing an amazing job! Standard rooms are a little small but they are very clean & updated & we were upgraded so again customer service fantastic. Breakfast here is really solid & breakfast staff does an amazing job keeping up. Only small downside (as advertised) is yes it does cost $21 to park BUT the hotel was the most affordable well rated hotel we found that I really did not mind. Thanks for the great experience!

Very clean, perfect hotel for a trip to Sea World. SKY at the front desk was one of my favorite parts of my stay! She is so friendly and accommodating. I came down to the lobby very early in the morning because I couldn’t sleep and she hopped up to make me a fresh pot of coffee while chatting me up about our travels. We’ll be back!

Nice hotel with quite a few amenities. They charge for parking which is a downside, and the rooms are ok. However, the staff is super friendly and helpful. Sky, at the front desk helped us and was very kind and understanding! Would recommend based on our experience with her helping us alone. She was able to help us with our request, no worries.

Did a last minute booking here because we missed our flight. Arrived around 10:30 pm. Was hungry but the only place open is the area behind the reception where you can buy pizza, sandwiches, chips and drinks. I booked a Standard King Bed but got two beds because they said it is the only one availble. No electrical kettle, coffee/tea set in the room but there is coffee all day at the ground floor. Beds are comfy, room size is good. Bathroom didnt have stuff like shower cap, toothbrush etc. Breakfast was simple but adequate if you are in a hurry. I asked for late checkout. He very coldly gave me until 12 noon because they are booked but they are not booked if I pay extra $50. I didn't inquire further.

Great nice place with breakfast. Although the breakfast menu is limited. The aircon is also kind of noisy sometimes. Love the 24hrs Gym though.
