Hotel with everything you need and nothing you don't. Scandic type rooms. You get a comfortable bed, nice TV and clean bright bathroom and your own in-wall AC/Heat that you can set at any temp. USB Chargers and outlets are very accessible. I love that there are laminate floors, a tile bathroom and no carpet. Lobby has great snack bar with comfortable living area. Workout room is basic, but has what you need (free weights, treadmill, elliptical and Peloton). Perfect place to stay if you are passing through or staying 2 or 3 nights. Hotel is central to everything, but close to nothing.

Clean room. Friendly staff. Parking got full at night but still found a spot. Near a main street but was quiet. Area about 7 minutes from Port area. ||Basic Breakfast provided. ||I’d stay there again easily.

Traveling from Alaska to a location in the lower 48. Stayed here on my way up and back on my way down. On my way back down I arrived right before a good snow storm was to hit. Sounds like many of the staff stayed at the hotel so things like breakfast and room cleaning could still be done the next morning while the storm was in full swing. Not sure if they were asked or volunteered, but it sure made it great to be able to sit and eat breakfast while watching the blizzard tear everything up outside. Then the staff went out and started snow clearing. Always live the rooms and moderness of Tru. Stay at them when I can. This time was traveling with pets and the pet fee here was a little on the highest side ($75) of all the pet fees during this trip, but after driving for 9 days, it was fine.

Very dirty, every tile in the lobby is covered in salt from weeks of foot traffic. Entire lobby needs to be mopped and proper mats placed at entryway. Salt ends up in elevators and carpet on every floor. Staff seems to sit around. Would only take an hour to mop the floor properly every day. Don’t just sit behind the desk. Breakfast was pretty good. Room was ok.
