Customer Reviews
I thought this was Brighton Beach park but perhaps the other side is KGP. Several people getting their walk, bike, skateboard or just watching the water to relax on... A wonderful area to visit for all ages. Especially good location for people who want to get away with limited mobility issues. Easy access to town, highway, relax, short distances to views 🚻
We stumbled upon Kitchi Gammi Park while looking for a quick rest stop during a drive and wow, it turned out to be such a lovely surprise! The park is super well-maintained with plenty of benches and picnic tables, making it ideal for a calm break or even a full-on picnic. It’s also really kid-friendly, with swings and open space for little ones to run around. What I really appreciated was the peaceful atmosphere. It wasn’t too noisy, even with families around it just had this relaxed, refreshing vibe that instantly made us feel more grounded. It felt like one of those spots you randomly find and end up remembering for a long time. We found out later that it’s actually known as one of the best sunrise spots in the area! Definitely bookmarking it for an early morning visit sometime soon.
This place is absolutely wonderful. In our area, where we live, the weather is usually very humid — it often feels like an Italian climate, hot and heavy. But when we arrived here, we were amazed by the fresh, clean air. It was so refreshing. We truly rested with all our heart and soul in this beautiful spot. Thank you for such a peaceful and rejuvenating experience!
One of my favorite places to visit to relax in Duluth! Very much worth the time it took them to restore/redesign the beachfront and walking trail.
On my first trip up to the North shore. This is where my grandfather took me. Amazing spot! Good for kids picnics just a day if you can slow enough to enjoy it.
