It is a basic but well-maintained and moderately comfortable hotel for a short stay. Its location is great – in a peaceful, safe Fort Lauderdale neighborhood, just one block from the beach. There are a few parking spots available near the hotel if you are coming there by car. The property has a small but nice swimming pool with sun chairs around, surrounded by many tropical trees that give a lovely vibe. |My check-in was fast and easy. The hotel’s front desk staff were always sweet and friendly. There was a 24-hour front desk, and someone was always there even late at night.|I stayed in a Studio with King Bed (#206), which was spacious and very clean, but it felt a bit worn out overall and could use a facelift. Unfortunately, my room was not soundproof; I could clearly hear noise from the

Rooms on the ship were very clean. We always have room service twice a day. Always have extra towels just in case we need more. About the service, it was great. Every thing was excellent. The location was terrific and all depends on your cruise destination.

This was one of the most unprofessional and uncomfortable hotel stays I’ve ever experienced. During an overnight cold snap (temperatures dropped to around 32°F), the room was freezing. There was no thermostat and no heating system at all, only an air conditioner. The windows were poorly sealed and allowed cold air to come directly into the room, which made the situation worse. The room could not be heated overnight and was genuinely uncomfortable to sleep in. I was later told the hotel has space heaters available if requested. If staff were aware temperatures would be freezing, it is unreasonable to expect guests to discover there is no heat in the middle of the night, get dressed, and go to the front desk to ask for a heater. That should have been handled proactively. Cleanliness was a

I don't have any positive to this hotel except location. The hotel is old. Rooms are kind of clean. The worst is the mismatched tile floors are dirty especially behind doors and tiles grout. Wear some short of shoes at all times. Bed linens were clean. The A.C. conditioner was very loud and came on and off all day/night and sounded like you were on an airport runway. The worst is it's also a working girls hotel. Had to listen to John's come and go all night long in room next to us. The worked hard apparently as it kept us awake all night. Could not wait to get out of this place the next morning. Never again.
