Ok, we get it, it's a bus depot, but would some comfortable chairs break the bank of this casino? That said, where found the employees working this difficult area to do a very good job answering any questions we've had she watched them take the occasional irate customer complaints without fail. But lane numbers are clearly marked and thanks to the workers here, we've never been let astray to taking the current bus back home when we've stayed a day or two and need to make sure we're in the right one

The hotel is beautiful and well- organize but when you get off the bus after a long ride you got to use the bathrooms. According to the young lady that was sitting there at the death will probably head down playing on her phone talking to her male friend getting mad with him she's going to lift my head up and stay fit a 10 people in here that she ain't got no reason to open up the door that's y'all rules of the hotel. Give me a break. people got to go , but at the Tropicana you got to run all the way up through the hotel and down the ramp to the casino all the way to the other end of the Casino to use the bathroom. Ya'll got to fix that. For real.

I been coming to Tropicana, since the pandemic. And I just can't take it anymore! The employers at this bus port, by far are unprofessional, or NOWHERE TO BE FOUND. What is the point or the purpose booking a ticket from NYC TO AC if you can't get the cash bonus voucher? This has happened to me on many occasions, not to mention just last week. Then I've tried to cash the bonus at the rewards center in the casino, and they tells me go downstairs again. I am constantly letting them know that no one is available, or there. Tropicana has been really turning me off just because of this issue I'm gonna have to go with Ocean from now on sorry!

Not like it used to be...so sad , the front desk service is a joke...rooms at the West tower are old and in poor condition...light outlet were damaged very dangerous and NO ONE CAME TO FIX IT...I stayed 2 days and elevators were a NIGHTMARE!!! WAITED 40 MIN FOR ONE since none of the 4 ones were working on Sunday morning...people had to take stairs on 33 floor...Def not coming back ....
