Tropical Seas Hotel

I can’t believe the great experience I had. This is an ocean front hotel. To begin with, the girl that checked me in was cute and helpful. The grounds looked clean. My room was exactly what I needed & wanted. It was a studio type setup, clean and the bathroom was well lit. Nothing fancy but it did have a big screen tv and a side balcony to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or two. I slept perfectly and woke up early to watch the sunrise. So then I went to check out and the dark skin front desk honey was smokin hot. No problems whatsoever even sent me off with a “safe travels.” I am so thankful for such a great experience. I would recommend this hotel

The room was very clean. The front desk clerk was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The price was just right. We will definitely consider Tropical Seas if we stay in the area again.

We are currently here now. This is our 4th visit. We have been coming yearly since 2022. We love the location and easy access to the beach and that we are able to also bring our furry family member as well. It's nothing fancy but it is clean and for the most part very quiet. Our 8 year old son absolutely loves it.|We have had a few issues this trip that have not been as nice as past stays.|1. The registration desk employees have not been friendly and inviting at all..|2. We do bring our dog and follow all the rules we sign at check in. During this stay there have been not 1 but 2 dogs on the pool deck. Granted one was on a leash with their owner and was on their laps but there have been one group of guests with dog that they have let roam on the pool deck and it has several times ran up

I stayed in January and got an insanely good rate. I had a misunderstanding that was entirely my fault. I saw they had a hot tub. It turns out it was closed for the winter since it is outside. The day we came had snow flurries so I wouldn't have braved the cold to use it. Because I thought it was an indoor hottub Scott upgraded me to an oceanview room. It was my first time with such a beautiful view. I decided to extend my stay longer!

Positive: Location is perfect. Negative: The elevator got stuck and stopped several times. No buttons would work. It is a very uneasy feeling to say the least when youthink the elevator may break free and plummet 8 floors down. When I informed the staff they seemed less than concerned.
