Tropical Cottages

Comfy and cozy. I’d call it a gem if it didn’t cost as much as a four star hotel in Miami! Could definitely use a light above the sink in cottage 6. Also this unit was the only one with beat up chairs outside. Good quality bed and ac unit. Friendly and helpful staff. I just think it’s worth about half what they charge.

I would just like to say that our experience in our five days at tropical cottage was a wonderful experience. It’s clean quiet. The tiki bar is happening. The food truck is the best eats at a great price very local convenient again and the staff treats you like Family 🫶 best vacation spot ever.

The room itself was decent. You get what you paid for. However, we had a broken toilet in our room. Noticed the toilet had a small leak on Friday evening. Flushed the toilet Saturday morning and it was a bit of a flood of dirty water. The bowl was leaking badly. Called and had to leave a message at the office. They did not fix the toilet on Saturday so now we have no working toilet. Sunday we called again and spoke to the office told them the problem. They said they left us a message regarding the toilet that the maid had found it leaking. We said we knew that, had told them about it the day before. They finally fixed the toilet on Sunday afternoon. We left Monday morning. ||They also have a tiki bar and taco truck on site. We never saw a bartender and the taco truck was open very sporadic

The stay is in little cottages, or bungalows, very cute. We loved and appreciated that our pups were allowed to stay with us! Since we had our pups with, we especially appreciated having our own cottage which made it a bit more private. This was a family trip so we had rented two cottages. Both of them were extremely clean and smelled very clean upon arrival. Each bed was made up very nice and we appreciated the all white bedding. Each cottage also had a kitchenette and small bathroom. We also enjoyed the tiki bar and food truck onsite.

Delightfully quiet. We stayed here with our dog and parrot and it was wonderful. The staff made sure we had a stand alone cottage to keep potential disruptions to a minimum. Cottage was clean and well maintained. We will definitely be back.
