I never complain about bad motel/hotel rooms. The room was cheap, so it’s really hard for me to complain. This was, without question, the worst room I have ever stayed in. Never in my life have I seen bed bugs. Oh my God did I see them during my stay. Everywhere. Bed was totally infested. The shower was disgusting. The room didn’t have a chair. Everything was a catastrophe. DO NOT STAY. PAY THE EXTRA $10/night and go anywhere else. Save yourself!!

I had to sleep in my car because they close really early, nobody would answer the phone and door. They refuse to give me my money back. Just bad customer service and bad business and attitude m!!!

CAUTION!! Came here as an out of state guest wanting to start over in NM because the room rate seemed reasonable. They put me in a room that they claimed was "newly renovated" in the front building and it had bed bugs, then they tried to insinuate that I had brought them with me into the room myself, which I thoroughly denied and could've easily proven, as I have never had bed bugs a day in my life. After I suggested they give me a refund so I could go somewhere else to stay they moved me to a different room in the back building. The entry door to the room had a deadbolt lock that did NOT work from the inside. The lighting on the balcony was out and dimly lit and there were shady people lingering around the balcony and outside my room door late at night. Also, the room had a shared door w

I stayed here with a friend for a couple of weeks a while back. I realize that the place is under new management and they are doing work to improve it, but the state of it while I stayed wasn't great. The air conditioner barely worked. It didn't put out hardly any air, and it struggled to keep the room a comfortable temperature during the day. The refrigerator froze my food even when I had it set to the lowest setting. The microwave had no place to plug it in — I was only able to use it because I had an extension cord with me, but I had to unplug the TV to make room for it. The bathroom was dirty and dingy with very poor lighting which made it hard to shave while I showered. But showering does virtually impossible because there was only one water temperature — scalding hot. Both the bathr
