Treasure by the Sea

We brought our camper and reserved site 1. You are literally at the edge of the dunes. The view and beach access are right at your door. Very quiet in this spot and the ocean waves rocked us to sleep each night. Rates were reasonable considering we booked last minute and during New Years week. We could see fireworks in the distance in Flagler Beach and Palm Coast from our doorstep. We plan to come back soon. It was very relaxing, staff was friendly, and Flagler beach had a number of small beach side restaurants with no waiting and tasty food. We will be booking again. 🌊 🌅

Needs lots of upgrades. I read some of the less-than-positive reviews before booking there and decided to stay there for 3 nights anyway. In hindsight, wish we had stayed elsewhere.||||Pros:||1) Right on the beach. The single biggest benefit and they reason they can charge around $100 per night.||2) Very friendly staff. Don't believe they were the owners but I could be wrong.||||Cons:||1) Really run-down facility. Restrooms, showers, and laundry all need a major overhaul. Actually, they need to be torn down and rebuilt.||2) As mentioned in other reviews -- very, very cramped sites; especially if you have one that's oceanfront. We only have a 24' towable and it was extremely tight maneuvering around. Not much extra room anywhere and people basically tried to squeeze their extra cars/trucks

A beautifully small and perfectly located RV park on the north end of Flagler Beach. Full hookup with 50A, 30A, water, & sewer. Lucked out and got spot #1!! Stairway down to beach and wash hose at top of stairs. Laundry room as well.

BARE BONES AND OVERPRICED- This trip was for my 60th birthday. I was thrilled when we were told that a premium lot just canceled directly on the beach. We reserved it and then things went downhill. When we arrived, someone was in the spot we paid for, there was no internet, the laundry appliances were rusted and half were out of order. We were not able to get assistance during our stay, never got internet service. The location was phenomenal but the prices astronomical and higher than their competitors. Additionally, with the erosion of the sea wall, it was a bit scary at the edge that the dune could sustain the weight of our rig. Camp safely..:

The apartment had a beach view. That was unexpected and probably the best part. It has a balcony so that you can sit and enjoy the view. The apartment itself was well equipped. It was clean and attractive. Decorated in a nice beach theme -which set the mood beautifully! Check in was a breeze. The staff is super friendly and made the whole process easy. The price was amazing as well!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
