Suites On The Beach

This place is for those who want a quiet, quaint, antique yet clean and private accommodation right on the beach. This is one of the only places you can stay directly oceanfront (not across the street overlooking A1A) in Flagler Beach. The newly renovated first level back patio is out of this world, and I had nothing but great experiences with the owner and the maintenance person. We were even able to check in early. Again, this is not a huge hotel, it’s a very special and charming place for a relaxing and quiet get away. Not only that; you can bring your dogs and it’s on a dog friendly beach. This is a rare gem and I will be back. My only advice is to market this better!!

The side view of and accessibility to the ocean & the beach was fantastic from the only upstairs unit. The deck overlooks the roof. The pelicans would fly by every day, which was spectacular to see.|The outside deck area was large and had plenty of seating, including padded reclining loungers, chairs, and a table.| Unfortunately, the uncovered deck had nails sticking up (bring sandals), the stairs were old and uneven, the heavy gate at the top of the stairs was dangerous, rusted and it was hanging by a thread. |There was rust inside & outside of the unit, all of the glass windows/doors are completely sealed allowing no fresh air or sea breezes, the drapes & a folding closet door in the bathroom fell off, the frig did not have a handle, and it had rust on the outside. This is the place if you want to be on the beach. It is right on the sand. Dolphin suite was large , dated with charm. It is stocked with kitchen utensils and a full kitchen. The icebox was in need of defrosting if was fully iced, fully. Views are great ! Close to anything you need. Would stay again. Returned for a second visit. (1 year later)Had a great deck added in back with a great view of the Ocean. New manager was helpful, Place was clean, Ice box was clean. They have everything you would want. A+++

We stayed in the Sea Watch suite over Memorial Day. It was so cute and comfortable. We loved being right on the beach. Both entrance doors locked and were secure. The TV was a Roku, so we had access to lots of entertainment. The private upper balcony was amazing. Rusty checked in on us and was very helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

This place is so beautiful! You are just steps to the beach and they provide chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc. Steve, the owner, seemed great, and Holly, the manager, was absolutely excellent! Our place was clean and comfortable. Full kitchen with everything you need, along with linens as well. They really do try to provide you with everything. Flagler Beach really is a special sort of beach town with a small town feel. We will definitely be back. Flagler Beach may be our retirement town!
