Travelodge by Wyndham Tucson AZ

We got the suite by accident, but it was the only room available. We needed a first floor due to my mobility issues but since they were sold out, we were qrateful to have it. It was right at the top of a divided stairway so not to difficult for me. The handrails are solid and made the trek much easier for us. The room is sparse, a suit with a kitchenette and a microwave. But no flatware or dishes. But we ate out so not an issue, just an observation. 2 tvs and a door on the back bedroom was perfect. If you are traveling with kids, this room is perfect. If you're traveling with a friend, as I was, also perfect if you want some privacy.

The room was clean when we arrived, and the bathroom was also very clean. The staff were nice and helpful during our stay. We were asked for a $100 deposit at check-in, which was fully returned at checkout without any issues. Overall, a simple and pleasant stay.

I’d like to leave a great review for Lexi, She provided excellent customer service, helped with all of my needs, and truly made me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The hotel itself was very clean and customer-friendly, which made the experience even better. Lexi’s professionalism and friendly attitude really stood out and made my stay start off on a positive note!

Positive: The bathroom Negative: Very disrespectful, had friends come over to visit for a couple hours and they called to request everyone to check into the room even when I told them no was not staying over night. Then they called the police also.

These people have a deep seeded hatred for smokers. I would never smoke in a non smoking room. But being told you can't smoke in the privacy of your own vehicle is insane. Let alone the balcony or anywhere within 25' of the building and believe me they have no idea what 25' is. The signs up front about it are unlike any others I have seen in the country, and I have been all over. Clean rooms but very hard beds, at least in the room I got. Brunette karen girl up front seems like she might have had a hand in the sign making for sure.
