We would like to report an extremely unpleasant and unacceptable experience that occurred upon our arrival at your property. The host had sent us a message informing us that check-in would be available from 3 PM until 9 AM the following day. We were also given a phone number to call in order to inform them of our estimated arrival time. While calling was not mandatory, we wanted to be organized and respectful, so we called in advance to let them know that we would arrive either late at night or early in the morning. However, when we arrived in the morning, there was absolutely no one there. We tried contacting the property both via chat and by phone, but received no response. We were forced to contact Airbnb, who finally replied after several hours, saying they would reach out to the team

Positive: Location Negative: Our room was wore out..bathtub had huge area where enamel had peeled..as large as dollar bill. Gap around entrance door..and area fo contintal breakfast too small and coukd not accommodate the number of guests.

The hotel is nice, close to the popular places. The breakfast was as expected. But I didn't find any water filter station, was suggested to drink tap water.

Upon arrival between 10-11:00 P.M. the room AC was not on, we had to literally keep the door open until the room cooled once we turned the air on. Toilet water was running continuously. Although I must say the room was clean to its expectation. Staff was nice, complimentary breakfast was offered. We only drove up there from Phoenix to go to Lake Powell for 'kayaking/hiking' So this place served is purpose. Nevertheless if I was going up there to stay a few days or the weekend I would never choose this place it's just not on my level. No I will not be returning. ||Clean, bed comfy, pillows tiny, fridge not working toilet running continuously BIG one AC 100 degrees+ upon entering the room. Not bad for the price however a couple of things to call out. Breakfast was pretty lean. Water pressure was great! However, the shower height was too low. I am 5’ 8” and I had to crouch a bit for a full head bath.
