Sleep Inn & Suites Page at Lake Powell

Stayed there for 7 nights. Never changed the sheets or stocked the coffee. My company booked 60+ nights in 1 week during there off season. The last night I went to the front desk to ask for clean sheets, the GM Lala Patel refused to give me new bedding. There's never at the front desk and the lobby looks like this all day, not inviting

The stay was very comfortable and everything was good. The breakfast had too many options and it was very nice service over there!! Will be back again.

Room very spacious and comfortable. Too cool to sit on the balcony but still disappointed that the view was only of the motel next door since the portico over the entrance totally blocked any of the nice views behind the motel. Breakfast standard motel fare, just okay. Front desk friendly. Good value, liked the room size, would stay here again.

The breakfast was very simple... basically carbohydrates and sugar. There was no natural yogurt, no natural juice, few protein options, plastic cutlery and styrofoam plates. The facilities and rooms are very good, everything is new and well maintained.

We have stayed here before and it has really changed, and not for the better. We stay in Page often so have tried several hotels. Page is a very competitive town & this hotel definitely needs to UP its game. It needs a good deep cleaning for one, and updating. And perhaps the staff could be friendlier & at least ‘act’ interested / concerned about those spending money in your hotel. Being more hospitable doesn’t cost a thing but makes a big difference. We don’t stay in hotels looking to make new best friends, but pleasantries go a long way to ‘seeming’ cordial & appreciating our business. Everyone has bad days, but thats no excuse in hospitality. This could almost be a “Poor 2 star” rating. We won’t return.
