Tailwind Properties

I stayed at one of Tailwind Properties' studios in Page, AZ (826 Vista Ave, Unit #5) for nearly two weeks. Darren's studio was absolutely incredible—brand new with contemporary remodeling. I'd specifically highlight the well-designed, spacious bathroom, featuring impeccable trim work and an amazing rainfall shower that's an absolute delight after long, sweaty hikes around Page. Water pressure and temperature were consistently great at any time of day. The kitchen has everything you need: microwave, coffee maker, good-sized fridge, and a single-top stove. Safeway is a quick 5–7 minute walk away, with a laundry facility right next door. During my stay, the place was quiet with no weed smell—a rare treat nowadays. What a pleasant surprise. I visited in February and it was only 50 bucks, and the appartment (unit 2) is very well furnished, super clean, large and comfortable !! I recommend for a long or short stay. Also it’s 5 minutes away from the center

Nice room BUT don’t believe for a second it’ll be quiet. Dogs barking all night, kids riding by on skateboards, neighbor in a room literally conjoining through a door right next to my headboard doing laundry late at night, weird plumbing noises throughout building. Could hear through the walls. All this occurred well past 10pm and it was pretty infuriating. Do not recommend. Wish I could have gotten a refund.

Easy access. We went through Airbnb. The instructions are easy to read and we had everything we needed

I stayed in the unit 55. Is clean, rooms with a good size, with kitchen and living room a a nice balcony to enjoy the evening
